As an alternative we offer more rooms in our annex, the house Casa da Sana (www.sunshine-private.com), only 40 footsteps away from the Vila de Sol. Here we offer rooms for further 16 persons. Altogether we have space for 32 persons. Please ask us. If you rent the house, you'll have the complete service, which we also offer if you only rent rooms: daily room-service (except Sundays), house-cleaning, changing of towels, bed-linen etc. ...). Miscellaneous Kitchen use: € 1,00/day/person (except small cjildren up to 3 years). Of course we provide for the 'self catering' all kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, a place in the fridge and BBQ. For that the fee of the kitchen is only a small contribution for replacement. We calculate the kitchen use fee not for the preparation of meals or snacks for small children, but only if you prepare supper or dinner or use the BBQ. Heating supplement if necessary: EUR 5,00 / day / adult under 17 ° C from 08:00 - 09:30 clock in the evening and 18:30 to 21:30; otherwise, there is a fireplace in the living room available. Final Agreement*)
Bookings are binding when the tenant receives a confirmation/invoice. At the final agreement (upon the tenant’s booking confirmation) a deposit of 30% of the total price is payable within seven days after the bill date which is to be deposited on the account mentioned in the said booking confirmation. This will be credited to the total price. In the case that the affirmation of the tenant’s booking confirmation and the beginning date of occupancy are less than 6 weeks apart, then the tenant is not obliged to pay the previously stated deposit. When the deposit does not arrive before the deadline, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract, after having sent a reminder notification. The tenant is then expected to calculate the total sum of cancellation fees as in compliance to the contract. The final payment is to be transferred no more than 6 weeks before.
